On 8. – 9. October, the Belgian Paramotor arranged the meeting at Ramada Hotel in Oostende.
A new board was elected, and as a newcomer we welome Dariusz Cymerys (24) from Poland:

Vi had two new EMF member countries with us this time, Malta and Poland. Both of them offered EMF to arrange the next two meetings in 2012.
Malta came with four persons to the meeting. They will host the General Conference in October 2012.
