It’s a great pleasure for me to open this meeting and to welcome you here with Sebastien, in face to face, at Blois-Le Breuil airport and at MULM 2022 Mondial Microlight Show for this 18th General Meeting of the EMF.
This is our first real physical meeting since my election in 2019 as EMF president, 3 years without seeing each other, without being able to shaking hands, otherwise that by the lens of a camera and the screen of a PC or Emails to keep the link between us !
Frankly it feel so good to all of us!
We have the great honor to welcome several personalities who represent Civil Aviation national authorities in France, Spain and Europe, and our speakers who will share their expertises: the BEA (Aeronautic investigation Agency), EAS President (Europe Air Sport) which represent more than 650 000 European pilots and supporting us.
Without forgetting of course, the eminent national representatives of the organizations making EMF (European Microlight Federation) coming from 14 different countries and who made the effort of their trip to Blois today.
I cannot avoid having a thought for our friends’ Ukrainian pilots and microlight manufacturers victim of this war that does not make sense.
